Littleton - Lincoln, NH -After obtaining their E2 visas, David & Vicki Martin, from the United Kingdom recently purchased two North Country businesses, All That Jazz a boutique women's apparel store in Littleton, NH and Notch Express Convenience Store & Deli in Lincoln, NH.
The E2 visas that the Martins obtained are a "Treaty Trader Visa." This class of visa permits citizens of close U.S. allies to immigrate to the U.S. through the purchase of a business or businesses. The stipulation of the visa is that the businesses must employ a certain number of U.S. citizens and demonstrate capability to preserve those U.S. jobs or that more will be created.
