Timberland Lodge, on the First Connecticut Lake has been owned and operated by Doug and Linda Feltmate for over 22 years.  The Lodge offers a spectacular lakeside location for year-round hunting, fishing and snowmobiling, featuring 18 log cabins, all with kitchens, baths and 2 - 3 bedrooms. Timberland Lodge has been a favorite get away spot for over 60 years. 

The Brady Sullivan Company is a leading real estate developer based in Manchester , NH , and has been involved in projects including the restoration of over 400,000 sq. ft. of mill space, industrial development, and one of the largest apartment and condominium owners and developers in the State. Led by Shane Brady, the company plans on re-introducing the Timberland Lodge as a condominium community with each cabin owner enjoying their own private cabin and shared access to the water and docks.  The Feltmates will continue to operate their other log cabin resort on the lake, Mettalack Shores Resort www.metallakshoresresort.com.
