Beal House Inn Transfers Ownership

Littleton, NH - One of Littleton N.H.’s most famous landmarks now has new owners. CenterPoint Business Advisors has announced that Brian and Lynn Walker and Blake May of San Diego recently purchased the Beal House Inn. 

The Beal House has been welcoming guests since 1938, when it was run by the Beal Family. It has acquired a strong reputation for excellent service and outstanding food. The Inn has won many awards, including the North American Restaurant Associations “Award of Excellence” and Yankee Magazine’s “Editors Pick”. 

The inn’s restaurant is open to the public.  The menu offers “Global Cuisine Without Boundaries” in a jazzy  atmosphere, featuring a mix of wood grilled items and classic dishes, as well as a fine wine list, full bar and the country’s largest martini list (252 varieties).

Brian Walker will be in charge of the overall operation of the Inn and restaurant including finances and marketing. Blake has an extensive background and training in food service and will oversee food service operations. Brian, Lynn and Blake are from San Diego.  They fell in love with the Beal House and the town of Littleton.  They have been working with the previous owners, Catherine and Jose Pawelek, to learn about the operation and to meet the guests and employees. According to Brian, “Catherine and Jose have created a great business with a superb reputation. We will work hard to continue this tradition of providing excellent food and service.”
