CenterPoint Business Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Evergreen Motel and Self Storage in Jefferson, N.H.

The Evergreen Motel, located directly across the street from Santa’s Village on Route 2 in Jefferson has transferred ownership. This 18 room motel, which has undergone several additions and renovations, has been hosting tourists since the 1960’s.

The previous owners, Norm Brown and Blandine Shallow have operated the motel since 2002. Since their inception they expanded the owner’s living quarters, made many upgrades to the rooms and added the newly opened Evergreen Self Storage units. They are very proud of the excellent condition of their business.

The business was purchased by Gordon and Janice Rebello of Lakeville, Mass. The Rebello’s will be moving to Jefferson with their son Robby, who will soon be enrolling as a freshman at the White Mountains Regional High School.  The family is looking forward to enjoying the North Country lifestyle while running their new business. The Rebello’s look forward to continuing the reputation of high quality hospitality that Norm and Blandine have established.
