White River Junction, VT. - CenterPoint Business Advisors of Littleton, NH is pleased to announce the transfer of Hillside Motorsports.  The business has been owned and operated by Alex, Mary Lou, and Jeremy DeFelice for over 12 years.  Hillside Motorsports is a powersports dealership in White River Junction, VT that sells and services a complete line of Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Arctic Cat products as well as full lines of parts & accessories.

Bruce Lyskawa, a veteran of the powersports industry and owner of Lebanon Motor Toys in Lebanon, New Hampshire has purchased the business.  Mr. Lyskawa also owns A-1 Motorsports in Manchester, NH, and Concord Motorsports in Concord, NH.  Mr. Lyskawa will be consolidating Hillside Motorsports into the Lebanon location, and will close the facility in White River.  Mr. Lyskawa looks forward to the synergy that will be created by joining the two businesses and will continue the same great service that customers received from the DeFelice family.  For any questions, please contact Lebanon Motor Toys at (603) 448-9434.
