Inland Divers Merges Into Tri State Fire Protection

Lancaster, NH - CenterPoint Business Advisors of Littleton, NH is pleased to announce the merger of Inland Divers into Tri State Fire Protection, LLC.  A Lancaster, NH based company; Inland Divers has provided fire suppression system installation and services, restaurant hood and duct cleaning services, and commercial diving services to many prominent businesses throughout the Northern Tier of New England. 

Inland Divers was started in 1967 by Ted and Elaine Ames.  This unique company grew out of Ted’s expertise in scuba diving, a career in safety, and his activities as a volunteer firefighter.  With hard work and Elaine’s business management savvy it grew to service over 700 clients in the region.  As they near retirement, the husband and wife team spent a considerable amount of time and effort searching for the, “best company, with the right fit for our employees and customers.”  They found that company in Tri State Fire Protection, LLC.  With facilities and personnel in Gilford, Newington and Nashua, Tri State Fire combined with Inland can serve the entire state of NH as well as Southern Maine and parts of Vermont.

Mike O’Rourke and Steve Schlesinger, owners of Tri State Fire Protection, are looking forward to continuing the strong relationships that Ted and Elaine have built.  They will continue to offer all of the existing Fire Protection Services of Inland Divers.  In addition, they will add their “One Call” Program which regularly services all fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems; hood and duct cleaning; fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lights and more.
