Landmark Parker's Motel in Lincoln, NH Transfers Ownership
Lincoln, NH. CenterPoint Business Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of Parker’s Motel in Lincoln, NH. The motel was purchased by two partners, Awan & Roger Mahmood of Massachusetts. The Mahmoods plan to continue the long tradition of hospitality extended by the Robinson Family. The Robinson family have owned and operated this historic motel on Route 3 in Lincoln for almost 30 years. OJ Robison has managed the motel for the last dozen years and has been strong contributor to the area business community. Lois, OJ’s mother, retired to Maine several years ago after running the hotel and raising her family at the business.
Parker’s Motel is known by many for the funny and thought provoking sayings on their sign that change each week. This week the sign reads “sorry we can’t think of any more sayings-must be time to sell”. Parker’s is a very successful, family-oriented motel that offers a wide variety of motel rooms and extended-stay suites/cottages. The motel location next to Franconia Notch State Park, the Flume and the White Mountain Nation Forest offers splendid views and easy access to all the area attractions & activities.
