CenterPoint Transfers the Eastgate

CenterPoint Business Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Eastgate Inn, Bar & Grill in Littleton, NH. The new owners are Kalpesh and Dimpal Patel of Delaware, who will be moving to Littleton to own and operate the motel. Kalpesh has both management and ownership experience in the hotel industry.

The Eastgate has long been a landmark at Exit 41 in Littleton. The motel consists of 43 units and a restaurant/function facility. Larry and Dawn Berg have owned the Eastgate for 6 years and will remain in the Littleton area.
