Jeff Kibbie brings over 20 years of experience as a founder, operator, and deal-maker.

Before entering business advisory and M&A, he built and led a multi-state commercial electrical contracting firm based in New Hampshire. Under Jeff’s leadership, the company earned a reputation for technical excellence, a customer-first culture, and operational innovation—including the development of a patented energy management system, as well as a proprietary field service management software platform for scheduling, job costing, and workforce management.

This systems-driven approach helped fuel the company’s growth and successful acquisition in 2024. Having navigated his own exit, Jeff brings firsthand insight into the complexities and emotional weight business owners face when selling.

Today, he serves as Principal Advisor at CenterPoint Business Advisors, guiding clients through exit planning, valuations, and M&A transactions. He’s a trusted partner to attorneys, CPAs, and private clients throughout New England and beyond.

When not advising clients, Jeff enjoys traveling the U.S. with his wife, Olivia, to visit their four grown children and growing number of grandchildren.
